Mr. Riley is a commercial litigator who practices primarily in the areas of transportation law, premises liability and large-loss subrogation. He represents several large national companies and insurers in a variety of general liability matters, ranging from slip-and-fall claims and commercial trucking accidents to more complex product liability claims. He has handled, litigated or tried lawsuits throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. He has also assisted and counseled companies and individuals to address the extent and scope of insurance coverage. Mr. Riley is an active member of both the Transportation Lawyers Association, of which he is a Committee Chairperson, and the American Trucking Association. He also actively participates in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP).
