Borjius Guient is an associate with the firm practicing in construction law. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable J. Sterling Snowdy.  In that capacity he drafted judicial opinions, orders, and bench memoranda on dispositive and procedural motions and conducted statutory and case law research to aid in judicial decision making.  He attended civil and criminal hearings and trials giving him first-hand knowledge of courtroom procedures.

Borjius graduated from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University earning his J.D. and D.C.L. in 2024. During law school, he served as an Extern at the LSU Office of Innovation and Technology Commercialization where he drafted disclosure evaluations and amendments to licensing agreements and reviewed various intellectual property licensing agreements.  He also served as an Extern to the Honorable Nannette Jolivette Brown, Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Louisiana.

 He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2021.
