Timothy Hurley’s multi-faceted practice spans a wide variety of civil litigation. Serving clients on a national footprint in state and federal courts as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) venues, Tim represents Fortune 500 and international corporations and insurers as well as third-party administrators.

In his diverse general civil liability practice, Tim represents clients from the maritime, energy, manufacturing, trucking and transportation, and construction industries, to name a few. He adeptly manages matters involving claims of personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, property damage, asbestos/toxic torts, contract disputes, and many others.

As part of his onshore and offshore practice, Tim has represented exploration and production companies, drilling companies, retail facilities, oilfield product companies, refining companies, vessel owners, and offshore rig/platform operators. He has particular familiarity with the nuances of products liability, personal injury, and asbestos matters that often come up in the oil and gas context. Communication and a keen attention to the client’s needs is key in Tim’s practice. Whether the ultimate goal is speedy resolution or advocating through trial, he is committed to meeting the client’s needs and exceeding expectations.

Tim’s approach to his practice is a dual focus on building relationships and gaining results. Many of his clients have been with him for more than 30 years. This type of success drives his lasting relationships.
