Susan Clade Recognized by the Delta Safety Society

The membership of the Delta Safety Society includes representatives of the human resource departments of many South Louisiana businesses, including oil and gas, industrial, and similar companies. Ms. Clade addressed the DSS’s members on the recent amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as the recently finalized regulations promulgated by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in connection with those amendments. The presentation focused on the use of prescription medications by employees and the impact of that use on safety in the workplace.
