SPSR Names New Partners

The firm is pleased to announce that Casie Z. Davidson and Kaile L. Mercuri have become partners.

 

Casie concentrates her practice in the areas of general liability and commercial litigation where she represents institutional and corporate clients in trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability and contract disputes, insurance coverage litigation, and related matters. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.

 

Kaile focuses her practice in the areas of construction, fidelity, and surety law. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where she served on the Loyola Law Review. She earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of South Carolina.
