Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn Announces John Landreth as Partner to Lead Dallas Office
NEW ORLEANS, LA – January 5, 2026 – Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, LLP (SPSR) is pleased to announce that John Landreth has joined the firm as a Partner and will lead the firm’s Dallas office, serving clients throughout Texas.
Landreth brings 15 years of complex litigation experience to SPSR, with a practice focused on transportation, commercial transportation, personal injury, and premises liability matters. Licensed to practice in Texas, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, Landreth offers clients sophisticated representation across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining SPSR, Landreth was a partner at Mayer LLP in Dallas, where he built a robust practice handling high-stakes litigation matters for clients in the transportation, insurance, and commercial sectors.

Founded in 1977, SPSR opened its Dallas office in 2024 as part of the firm’s strategic expansion to better serve clients throughout the region.
Landreth earned his J.D. from Charlotte School of Law in 2010 and his B.A. in Political Science from Lee University in 2004.
