Kat Rito Leads Roundtable Discussions for Startup Prize

Earlier this month, Kat Rito led roundtable discussions for StartUp Prize: Health.  Drawing on years of experience in business litigation and internal risk assessment, she addressed the challenges startup healthcare companies encounter when establishing their businesses.  Kat shared practical insights and strategies that entrepreneurs should proactively consider to mitigate risk and strengthen operations.

Kat heads back this weekend to help facilitate StartUp Prize: Energy’s roundtables where she will give pracitical advice on choosing advisors and investors and how to structure those relationships.  She will also discuss navigating shifts when your advisors become your investors and the finer points of reading a contract.
