Mr. Peragine graduated from Lafayette College (B.S. Administrative Engineering, 1949) where he was elected to Tau Beta Pi, and Louisiana State University (J.D. 1954) where he was a finalist in the 1953 National Moot Court competition. His legal practice has involved primarily major litigation in the areas of oil and gas contracts and other energy related matters, products liability, and general contract law and maritime matters. Mr. Peragine currently holds emeritus membership in the International Society of Barristers.
