Ms. McQuillar graduated from Dartmouth College in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and French. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Loyola University in New Orleans. Ms. McQuillar has many honors, including being chosen for the Loyola University School of Law Moot Court Staff, Teaching Assistant for Loyola’s Moot Court Program, Board of Advocates (Association of Trial Lawyers of America) Louisiana Team, and Student Member of the New Orleans Bar Association Inn of Court. She practices primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, including insurance defense, products liability, toxic tort and premise liability. Ms. McQuillar is proficient in French.
Ms. McQuillar is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts as well as all United States District Courts in Louisiana. Additionally, Ms. McQuillar is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association Inn of Court and the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society.
