Kaile L. Mercuri is a partner at Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn. She focuses her practice in the areas of construction, fidelity and surety law.

A native of New Orleans, Kaile attended the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Loyola Law Review and the brief writer for the 2012 Tulane Mardi Gras Invitational Moot Court Team. She also received Law Excellence Awards in Property I & II, Contracts, Obligations, Comparative Dispute Resolution, Community Property, Sales and Leases, Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, and International Trade Law. She is a graduate of the 2018 ABA Forum on the Construction Industry Trial Academy.
