HISTORY OF SERVICE
Located in downtown New Orleans, the law firm of Simon, Peragine, Smith
& Redfearn, L.L.P. was founded in June 1979 by 15 partners and
associates who recognized the potential growth for business due to the
influx of oil and gas companies in Louisiana and New Orleans. They seized
the opportunity to provide an array of legal services not only related to
the oil and gas industry, but in virtually all areas of the law. Since
then, our firm has grown to nearly 30 attorneys who adhere to a strict
standard of professionalism to provide superior, cost effective legal
services. The firm practices in selected areas internationally, nationally
and regionally.
Since its inception, Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn, L.L.P has
continued to recruit industrious and highly talented attorneys whose range
of experiences, knowledge and contacts has satisfied customers for two
decades. Our attorneys bring expertise and valuable resources to the firm
and our clients by participating in seminars, writing and publishing books
and articles and teaching at area universities. Through the American Bar
Association and other professional groups, we have made vital contacts
across the country who often turn to us for legal advice and
representation. In addition, we continue to build strong relationships
with our clients by keeping them abreast on legal issues of concern to
them through our newsletter, special publications, manuals, and individual
presentations.
