THOMAS J. FISCHER

Mr. Fischer graduated from Notre Dame in 1972 with honors, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He was a summa cum laude graduate of Ohio State University College of Law in 1976. He is a member of the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Fischer practices primarily in the areas of commercial and corporate litigation, including oil and gas, securities fraud, antitrust and accountants' liability. He was a co-author of the paper Financial Guarantee Bonds -- Defending Against The Unhappy Investor, presented at the January, 1990 Mid-Winter Meeting of the Fidelity and Surety Law Committee, Section of Tort and Insurance Practice, American Bar Association.
