STEVEN A. JACOBSON

Mr. Jacobson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971 and his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School in 1978.

Mr. Jacobson practices primarily in general corporation and bankruptcy law. He is a member of the Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Corporations Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and has lectured frequently on bankruptcy and corporate matters.

Mr. Jacobson has edited the "Louisiana Business and Corporation Law Newsletter," and is co-author of the following publications: "Forming the Louisiana Corporation," Professional Education Systems, Inc., 1987; "Basic Bankruptcy in Louisiana," National Business Institute, 1988; "Article 9 of the U.C.C. in Louisiana," Professional Education Systems, Inc., 1989; and "Financial Guarantee Bonds: When Your Client is Sued by an Unhappy Investor," The Brief, Vol. 21, No. 2, American Bar Association, Winter, 1992.
