JOHN F. SHREVES

Mr. Shreves graduated from the University of South Dakota (B.S. 1974) and Augustana College (M.A.T. 1976). He graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law (L.L.B. 1982) where he received the Sterling Honor Graduate Award as a senior. Mr. Shreves served as an editor for the University of South Dakota Law Review for 1981 and 1982, and published three articles in the Review. He received an L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1983.

Mr. Shreves is a tax and business law attorney admitted to practice law in the States of Louisiana, Colorado and South Dakota. He is a Board Certified Tax Attorney and a Board Certified Estate Planning and Administration Specialist with substantial experience in trust and succession law, franchise law, general tax law, corporate transactions, estate planning, and tax controversy work. In addition, Mr. Shreves is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Law at Loyola Law School in New Orleans where he teaches classes in the business and tax area.
