J. THOMAS HAMRICK, JR.Mr. Hamrick graduated summa cum laude from Millsaps College in 1982 (B.A. in History and Political Science) where he received the Millsaps College Founders' Medal and was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta and Phi Eta Sigma honorary fraternities. He graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1985. Mr. Hamrick was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1985, and in Mississippi in 1986. His primary areas of practice include natural resources and environmental litigation. He also has extensive transnational experience, including the drafting and enforcing of security agreements and has experience in health care law. Mr. Hamrick is a member of the Louisiana State and American Bar Associations, the Mississippi State Bar and the Energy Bar Association. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Tulane University School of Medicine, where he lectures to four year medical students on basic litigation issues.
