DENISE C. PUENTE

Ms. Puente received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1983 and her Juris Doctor degree in 1987 from Louisiana State University. She is a member of the Forum Committee on the Construction Industry of the American Bar Association and the Fidelity & Surety Committee of the Louisiana State Bar Association. She serves as a Vice-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association and is also a member of the Defense Research Institute Steering Committee on Fidelity and Surety Law. Ms. Puente is fluent in Spanish.

Ms. Puente's practice is primarily in the areas of general civil litigation, including construction litigation, employment litigation, personal injury and product liability suits, bankruptcy, surety work and intellectual property.
