DANIEL J. CARUSO

Mr. Caruso has been engaged in the private practice of law in Louisiana since 1972. He is a graduate of Tulane Law School.

Mr. Caruso's practice has been devoted primarily to the defense of personal injury and property damage claims arising from general liability, marine liability, products liability and toxic torts. In addition, Mr. Caruso has served as counsel to insurance companies in the defense of environmental coverage and of bad faith litigation in various parts of the country, and is actively involved in litigation involving environmental coverage issues in Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Mr. Caruso is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and has served as principal counsel in trials in federal and state courts in and outside of Louisiana. He also is a board member for Cabrini High School and a member of the Classic Foundation.
