CHARLES E. RILEY, IV
Mr. Riley graduated from
Louisiana
State
University
with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999. He received his Juris Doctor
degree from
Tulane
Law
School
in 2002.
Mr. Riley is admitted
to practice in all federal and state courts in
Louisiana
. He is a commercial litigator
who practices primarily in the area of general civil litigation and he
represents several large national companies and insurers for a variety of
general liability matters, ranging from slip and fall claims and
commercial trucking accidents to more complex product liability claims.
He has handled, litigated or tried lawsuits for several insurers in
automobile, property subrogation and trucking claims throughout
Louisiana
. Mr. Riley has also written a
variety of different coverage opinions for insurers on issues and policies
ranging from coverage under a GL policy’s “Pollution Exclusion” to
coverage based on the same policy’s “Sports and Athletics
Exclusions”. Additionally,
he has assisted and counseled companies and individual to address the
extent and scope of insurance coverage.
Mr. Riley is a member
of the Louisiana State Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association,
American Bar Association and the Federal Bas Association.
