CHRISTOPHER M. GUIDROZMr. Guidroz graduated with honors from Notre Dame Law School in 1974, after graduating first in his undergraduate class. At Notre Dame he served as an editor of the Law Review, and studied law in England and Japan. Mr. Guidroz has represented major corporations and lenders in all facets of business litigation from product failure to financial disputes, and commercial transactions such as the purchase and sale of manufacturing plants, the financing of apartment complexes and vessels, and the purchase and sale of subsidiaries. Mr. Guidroz has substantial experience defending certified public accountants, and has spoken and written articles on the duties and liabilities of CPAs. He is one of eight attorneys selected to participate in the ongoing National Conference of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants, jointly sponsored by the ABA and AICPA. Mr. Guidroz has been involved in negotiating computer software and hardware contracts and computer-related litigation. Mr. Guidroz has lectured at both Tulane and Loyola law schools, and is active in the Sub-Committee on Professional Liability of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association.
