PROFILE:
Mr. Simon received the Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School where he was a member of the board of editors of the Tulane Law Review. Mr. Simon has been admitted
to practice law in Louisiana since 1947, and became
a certified public accountant in Louisiana that same
year. He has authored many publications on the subject of taxation. He is a Board Certified Tax Attorney and has
a substantial experience in the litigation of tax suits
both in state and federal courts. He was the senior founding partner of SPS&R in 1979.
