PROFILE:
Mr. Redfearn received his
undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University
in 1982 (B.S. in Accounting) and his Juris Doctor degree
from Tulane Law School in 1985. While at Tulane, he
was a member of the Tulane Law Review . Mr.
Redfearn is a member of the Louisiana , Texas and Mississippi
Bar Associations.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Redfearn was a law clerk
to the Honorable Eugene Davis of the United States
Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1985-86. From 1986-89,
he worked as an associate in the Trial Department of
Baker & Botts in Houston , Texas . He practices
in the area of products liability, defense litigation,
including insurance, construction and commercial litigation.
He is admitted to practice in Louisiana , Texas and
Mississippi.
