Mr. Redfearn is a graduate
of Tulane University and a member of the New Orleans
, Louisiana State and American Bar Association. He
is the author of “ The Effect of Unit Operations
on Lease Maintenance” Louisiana Mineral Institute,
1971 ; and “ The Effects of Unitization
on Lease Terms and Mineral Servitude,” Louisiana
Mineral Institute, 1980.
Mr. Redfearn has been engaged in the private practice
of law representing clients in various business transactions
including acquisitions and sales of businesses and
property, financings and workouts; general litigation
including products liability, oil and gas, environmental,
construction, bankruptcy, banking, redhibition, securities,
antitrust; oil and gas matters; real estate transactions,
and contractual and corporate matters. He has acted
as lead counsel in trials in the states of Louisiana
, California , Mississippi and New York .
