PROFILE:
Ms. Kohn has over 20 years
of trial experience in civil litigation. Her practice
includes casualty defense, with a special emphasis
on products liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and silica matters as
well as commercial and business related disputes. In
addition to maintaining an active trial docket as lead
council for major suppliers and distribution companies,
she serves as a member of the firm’s governing
committee and as manager of associate training. Ms.
Kohn graduated from the University of Maryland with
a B.A. in criminology in 1980. In 1984 she received
her J.D. from Loyola School of Law, where she was a
member of the Law Review .
Ms. Kohn is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association
as well as the American Bar Association. Ms. Kohn is
co-author and editor of Louisiana Civil Practice
Forms, Second Edition.
