PROFILE:
Mr. Kinler is a civil litigator
who practices primarily in the area of toxic tort matters.
He has handled, litigated, and tried a number of lawsuits
on behalf of corporations involving personal injury
claims arising from exposures to toxic substances.
He also periodically handles contractual issues for
local musicians in New Orleans. Mr. Kinler previously
was appointed to represent indigent or absent parties
involving child custody matters in the Juvenile Division
of Civil District Court in Orleans Parish.
Mr. Kinler is also a founding member and lead guitarist
for the Bucktown All-Stars, a popular New Orleans Band.
His musical background has led him to be involved in
a number of charitable and civic causes including Children’s
Hospital, Make -A-Wish Foundation, Angel’s Place,
A Child’s Wish Foundation, Archdiocese of New
Orleans, and the Orleans and Jefferson Parish Police
Departments.
