PROFILE:
Mr. Jacobson works primarily
in the area of bankruptcy law. He has represented a
wide range of creditors in both consumer and complex
Chapter 11 bankruptcies. Mr. Jacobson’s practice
includes advising creditors on bankruptcy strategy
and handling a wide range of adversary litigation in
the bankruptcy courts. He has represented banks and
finance companies with secured creditor claims, as
well as represented sureties in disputes over contract
funds. In addition, Mr. Jacobson has litigated a variety
of cases in federal courts, including insurance coverage
disputes, bad faith claims, construction disputes and
Title VII employment matters.
