At Notre Dame he served as
an editor of the Law Review, and studied
law in England and Japan.
Mr. Guidroz has represented major corporations, individuals
and lenders in all facets of business litigation including
complex financial disputes and class actions. He has
experience in commercial transactions including the
purchase and sale of businesses and related financing.
Mr. Guidroz has substantial experience defending
certified public accountants, and has spoken and written
articles on the duties and liabilities of CPAs. He
was one of only eight attorneys selected to participate
in the ongoing National Conference of Attorneys and
Certified Public Accountants, jointly sponsored by
the American Bar Association and American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants. Since 1986 he has
served as primary counsel for the Louisiana Society
of Certified Public Accountants and is the author of
various legislative acts.
Mr. Guidroz has lectured at both Tulane and Loyola
Law Schools , and is active in the Sub-Committee on
Professional Liability of the Litigation Section of
the American Bar Association.
