PROFILE:
Mr. Redfearn is a commercial
litigator who practices primarily in the area of civil
litigation involving product liability. He represents
several large national companies and insurers for a
variety of general liability matters, ranging from
chemical injuries, product defect issues, slip-and-falls,
car accidents, asbestos and silica-related injuries,
and coverage issues. He manages, handles and litigates
asbestos and silica litigation throughout the state
involving thousands of plaintiffs. He has also written
a variety of coverage opinions concerning CGL and homeowners
policies. In the oil and gas field, Mr. Redfearn has
been involved in acquisitions, mergers, MMS issues
and the negotiations of mineral leases and servitudes.
