PROFILE:
Mr. Caruso has been engaged
in the private practice of law in Louisiana since 1972.
His practice has centered on the representation of
insurance companies and their insureds in defense of
all types of liability cases, including bodily injury,
property damage, marine liability, products liability
and multiple party toxic tort claims. His work on coverage
matters has included issues involving claims arising
in the environmental and oilfield context. Mr. Caruso
also works closely with the firm’s construction
lawyers on matters involving coverage in construction
defect litigation, including mold claims.
