PROFILE:   While attending undergraduate and law school at Loyola University of New Orleans, Mr. Bowen worked full time with the New Orleans Police Department. He retired in 1981 after twelve years of service. Mr. Bowen practices primarily in the areas of personal injury, products liability, casualty and maritime defense litigation.
