L.L.P. was founded in New Orleans in 1979 by a small group
of talented attorneys committed to providing efficient
quality legal services. The firm has steadily grown to
a full service firm of nearly 40 attorneys. Our firm’s attorneys
are licensed to practice in Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Texas state and federal courts, various
United States Courts of Appeal, and the United States Supreme
Court. Since the firm’s inception, our attorneys
remain committed to a strict standard of professionalism
and to providing superior, cost-effective legal services.

Simon, Peragine, Smith & Redfearn has attracted industrious

throughout Louisiana . We are the only Louisiana law firm

As part of our firm’s commitment to the community
and the legal profession, many of our attorneys lecture

Bono Project, Louisiana Bar Foundation, the Louisiana Attorney
Disciplinary Board, Café Reconcile, Big Brothers/Big
Sisters, Save Our Cemeteries, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and
the Bring New Orleans Back Commission.
